KK Adventures Part 1

WEEKEND GETAWAY TRIP TO KK DAY 1

Hi everyone!! It's been awhile that I haven't update anything since 3 years ago..haha...which is so unbelievable.. Never thought that would be so long then I start updating again.. This time around I will update you with all the places I have been travelling.

Well, in this chapter I planning to tell you about what I have experience during my holiday last September with my girl, Chris.. We hardly see each other because we work in a different place.. She is one of my best friend during my Uni. Will show u a picture of my lovely girlfriend..=D

Ok, here comes the story actually why we end up going to KK.. I was so pissed off with my other friend. We already discussed and plan to go Singapore in August.. I even bought the ticket to Singapore and cost me B$490!! Then the holiday cancel and i got stuck at home doing nothing but sleeping only which was so boring..I felt like dying already since I'm a kinda of person that like to have a lot of excitement. I couldn't help myself being lock at home so I went to look for my friend, Chris. I then told me about the Singapore trip being cancelled due to my other friend having a hard time with her business. Then we start to talk about going on a holiday. Then i came across going to KK. I told her that I never been to KK all my entire life, The she laugh at me and thought I was joking..haha..funny right??People go KK like going to Miri..me not even once...my first trip out of the country after i worked was KL..which is like so super duper awesome..i celebrated the new year there at the place where i only see in the TV now become reality...haha... oops..off road already...back to the story...so Chris and I booked the tickets 2 weeks before and I was so excited and didn't tell my mum about the trip..in case the trip got cancelled again...you know..

So, at first Chris was suggesting to bring hand carry only..so i packed my stuffs in a backpack and a hand carry bag..then suddenly 5 days before the flight she texts me and said she used luggage..aiya!!you seee...i already packed and now i have to unpack again..haha..i was so excited until i couldn't sleep every night until the actual day...haha...exaggerating right??

So on the actual day i was supposed to off early from my work but i need to finish up all my works before i went off on a holiday..then my boss was looking at me and asked me "Mag, you haven't go yet??you aren't afraid the plane left you??you only have 3 hours to catch your flight..you better go now..faster!!" haha...funny...i'm the one going but my boss was the one worrying about the flight..

Here's the thing in the airport...i reached the airport around 4.45 pm then i checked in...after that i went to the ATM to cash out some cash for extra purpose..my flight was 6.20 pm..so after eating a little to fill up my tummy then we were good to go..suddenly the flight attendant told us that there was some slight technical problems at KK airport.. so we have to wait for the further notice...waiting...waiting...waiting...waiting...then they finally told us that we got strained in the airport because KK airport cant deal with the problem..which was like 12.30 am already!!!!they have wasted our time in the airport..the people should do something about it like send us to hotel earlier to settle everyone down with a comfy bed to sleep and catch the flight tomorrow again...these was like a disaster plus i was wearing my contact lens and smelled like shit...finally they sent us all to the nearest hotel to have a rest..by the time everyone is settle the time on the clock already tick 1.45 am..and was told to wake up 4 am in the morning and must get ready and be ready in the airport by 6 am..are you kidding me??? That was like less than 3 hrs of sleep eyh...crazy people do crazy things...

There was a wake up called to wake us all up..Chris went in for shower while im still lazy lying in the bed.
After getting ready and packed evrything we went down for a very early morning breakfast at 5.30am. The foods were not bad after all but were kinda cold like they just took out from the fridge or something. Then we all get ready to ride the bus to the airport. and awaits for the flight to KK.

In between of the chaos, there were this annoying Hongkong lady with ur tour members. They were so damn RUDE lor!! They dont care other people around them they just bang and go...which is crazy lo...

Ok ok...we arrived at the airport and took a taxi to our hotel...KING PARK HOTEL..the hotel reception lady was so helpful...we explained what happened due to the late check-in..she eventually deducted the 1 night rate for us..here's the pictures of our hotel..but i didn't take much photos.

The Hotel is very to the town area. Just a 10-15 minutes of walking distance to Suria Sabah, Philippines Market, and few other shops down town. If you are planning to go to the Island, this hotel is the right choice and budgetary for people like me.


So after we put all our luggages in the room, we were off to this place where there is natural hot spring water from the ground. Unfortunately we didnt rent any car because that day was a public holiday. so we book this taxi to go to the Poring which is at Ranau.

The ticket entrance to the hot spring..dont throw it away because u can use it to go in to the National Museum. 

Im so lucky because Chris knew how to speak malaysian so we got the cheap ticket.

You can get fresh strawberry at the Strawberry Farm..but unfortunately during my visit the strawberry finish harvested..so sad.

This picture is taken at Kunansang..where u can get cheap and pure honey with a reasonable price.

I get this so attractive so took a picture of it..its actually a chili plant..nice right?

updating my blog

Gud morning everyone~ gud morning Brunei~
its Friday morning..i wake up early today because i want to have my breakfast (haha funny reason)..its gud to wake up early..after my breakfast i was thinking of updating my blog after so long being abandoned..it's been so long time that i haven't update my blog. First, I have no time to do so. I have a lots pf work to do at the campus. Assignments, reports, group discussions, tests then final sems exam..totally blow me up..feel like quitting school..but think of the future i cant do so..haha..when i hav a lots to share with u, my friends..

My results isn't so flying colors as i expected.. but i will do the best in next sems..eventou my results is not tat beauty but at least im listed in the clear passes students..but unfortunately my dearest darling he didnt get thru' one of the unit which is PHE..he will be having his resit on 27th..wish he all the best..

i have something to share with u all..can u believe anyone can finished their studies by the age of 19yrs old??!!!that's impossible!!because of this issue, i was called BUSYBODY...its not me that BUSYBODY anyone's girlfriend/boyfriend or what..its the curiosity grow in the human heart that want to know who's that youngest graduate ITBians...its kinda ashamed if somebody found out that he/she actually withdrawn from ITB...urggghhhh!!!!forget it...its no longer my business to know who he/she is..

anyway, continue to my life...hahaha...okeys..i hav a final year project to do...which is has to be concerned because the final year project contribute marks to my final sems..so im working hard on it juz to get the best..i'll work with my group to finish the project on time..and i have to sacrifice my time for my works...i hav to apologise to close friend, Zee..

My life in hostel...

My 1st day tgl dihostel SVNR was on the 1st of February '09...a week after CNY...


First, i thought the hostel was totally like my previous hostel...but after i moved in like a week..i felt the hostel life is more comfortable compare to rented house..





The reason i said that is because i have lots of reasons for it:-

1. its comfortable



2. the compound its BEAUTIFUL!!! OMG!!!



3. plenty of free space for you to move around in the hostel



4. ada TV, WLAN, a-con, fridge



5. u got ur own room and bed with own privacy space



6. toilet, bathroom, laundry



7. friends (much more like family cpa yg tgl dihostel cni)



8. last but least...foods are prepare for you like 4 meals a day (bkfst, lunch, hi-tea & dinner).

its like you don't have to worry sick for you meal everyday...huhu...ciuk kan??

I ever experienced living hostel before...but the life is totally differ from the life I have here now...BELIEVE ME..

Well, another things wana share is...weekdays the hostelite will have sport in the afternoon after the class..actually its quite tiring plg sport after class..p fun jua...sal ada excercise..nda jua menjadi tummy atu...hahahahahahaha...

i don't have the photo of the netball games with the hostel boys...never mind i'll get it next time...if i remember to do so...haha...im kinda a forgetful person...well, til here only for this month...i'll try to update my blog more often...as for info i quite busy at the moment...hopefully i'll have time to spare with all the readers...haha...perasan...:p

Since Chinese New Year is about to come, so i trim my hair on 25th Jan '08. Nice?? But somehow i felt regret because I'm lazy to blow my hair straight after my shower. That's the point. haiya...never mind I'll juz let it be. Somehow I've plan to perm my hair during my birthday but I'm afraid later after the whole treatment process I feel regret again...so how???help me!!!!!!!!!

so sad...:(

Yesterday, 26th Jan 2008 was my last day working with ZDSB. I miss to be around with all my colleagues eventhough I've been here for only 2mths.

Today, 27th Jan 2008, im going back to bandar. Tomorrow I'll start my school life all over again. This time, I must have to be more hardworking to achieve what i have missed out the last semester.

time passes too fast....haiz...

This is my last week working with ZDSB. I gonna miss all my colleagues. I really have a great time with all of them.

I have been working with ZDSB exactly 2mths 1 day...During my stay in ZDSB, i have enjoyed alots being exposed to the outside world. They taught me how to be fashionable (am on my way now), new hair style (i can't cause i love my long hair..b8 i'll try to have it fix..hahaa), be up to date & trendy (im not used to it..b8 i try) & have myself makeover...hahahaa...i can't help myself out b8 i only laugh...cause i look different...never want do it again...b8 maybe sometimes when o get used to it...

This saturday will be my last day working in ZDSB...so sad *sob*...i'll come back to work with them after my study. Wish they wanna employe me by the time im OFFICIALLY working in their company..hahaa...

I forgot to tell...last saturday...last saturday...I went to Labuan with my colleagues. I think that's my last outing with my colleagues. They have planned the trip like 2 mths ago..even some of colleagues can't go cause their mom not allowed..hahaa..as for me i have nothing to worry about because my mum allowed me to go...

But here comes the problems before we can actually be very happy awaiting the trip to Labuan. You know what?? Kris said on the day we back from Labuan, we have no transport to go back seria. What?!! Everyone was like "Are you crazy?? I've been wanted to go and no transport?? No way!!". So everyone decided to ask their parents about the car. No one actually can. So it's my turn to ask my mum. So that evening, i went home and asked my mum whether i can bring car or not. She nodded but with 1 condition..haiya..still need condition meh?? So mafan my mum...u wanna know what's my mum condition??hmm...

"Don't you put your car at the Muara Port". Is that all?? What?? That's simple. I'll find my way to do it. She questioned me "What's is so cool about Labuan? I went there many years ago. It's way back same nothing change or exciting? What make u want to go Labuan so much..huh?".

I smiled at her and answered.

"Nothing. I go there just to enjoy. That's all". She just sigh. hahahaaa...just so simple i defeated my mum..hahahaha....i win..i win..

I told Kris about the car prob is solved but i didn't tell Zee about it. Just wanna see how her reaction. *wink*

Then come another problem. The Project Manager of the companya wanted to have a presentation on SATURDAY AFTERNOON..OMG!!! NO!!! That's suppose to be our HAPPY HOUR...not ur lame, boring presentation!!!!!!!

We asked our colleague, Dee Man to do something like to persuade the Project Manager to change the date to the day before saturday. He went to him. He came back with the answer. Dee Man like to joke around so he told us that he can't do anything about it. *sigh*

"What are we gonna do??" Suddenly, he burst out laughing at us for believing him.

He said "Nada wah...saturday jadi..hahahahahaha..i should took a pic of ur face just now". Still laughing...duh~

I packed all my things on friday night. I even prepared a check list for that..funny huh?? Im just afraid i left out something.

On saturday, the 12th January '08, we were so excited. We talked about it the whole morning. We decided to bdr ard 11 but we were so late. I drove from here ard 12pm after i filled up my car fuel. Zee was with me. We zoomed from seria to bdr which took me 45mins. WTF!! That's too FAST!! But we couldn't make it for the 1.30pm boat trip. Then we went to Gadong Propeties to have our lunch. We ate $20 of dim sum..we were like so HUNGRY!!

After lunch, we went to the port to book the ticket for the next trip which is 3.30pm. By the time we got there, the counter was closed. So we went to the Maura shop to buy drinks. We got back to the port, waited there for like 45mins then the counter finally open. And the bad news was the trip delayed for 1hr +...so its like 4.40pm?!!

We waited in the waiting area. Finally 4.40pm. We got on the boat and the trip took about 1hr + again?!! We got there around 6+pm. After we got there, we have to pass thru' the immigration..so mafan..

We rushed to the Merryland or Maryland saloon...(whatever the name is)...we all washed our hair. Zee & Kris has their hair temporary straighten cost them $24, adik just washed only $12. Me??hmm...i washed then perm...& you know what?? It costed me $42 for the whole things & end up they ruined it!!!

See my hair?!! It's a disaster!! People..next time u go Labuan better do ur hair in brunei saloon. It's more worth it then u do there. This picture was taken we came back from dinner. We had our dinner near the beach. It's a seafood restaurant. What's the name aa?? I think something "Mavilla Restaurant". We spent $137.50 for the food. It's delicious!!!! Marvelous!!!hahaaa..

We went back to hotel to get ourselves ready to go to the pub. There are some pictures taken those ready with nice clothes & make up.

kris & zee..both were so arrogant with the nice2 make up...hehe..pwitt~

well, we stayed at the pub till 3am...hahaaa...then we went back to hotel & sleep..the three totally spice still stay awake..they went in to the pool which the water was cold like ice..fuuu~~ i knew nothing about it coz i slept already.

wake up at 7+..brush teeth & wash face...we went to the restaurant to have our breakfast. the food were so delicious. we were there for 1+ hrs & all of us were having 2nd trip..ahakz..

after breakfast, we went back to room to take bath and get packed to leave.

we went to the ferry port at 1..coz its leaving Labuan at 1.30pm..got back to brunei in 2.45pm..

we all like dead fish...very tired...i sent zee & adik back home then i drove back to seria. i took a warm bath then went to bed..coz tomorrow WORK!!!!!!!!
